My name is Kristina Kuhnau and I'm the third-grade teacher at Zion. In 2001 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and a minor in English from Concordia University, St. Paul. I taught fourth grade at Zion from 2002-2005, and then I stayed home to care for my three daughters. I came back to Zion to teach second and third grade in fall 2020. During the years in between, I've been a substitute teacher, basketball coach, and even a preschool aide for a while at Zion.

 

I enjoy reading, spending time outside, and drinking coffee. In the summer we enjoy camping and kayaking or floating on the lake. But autumn is my favorite season with all the beautiful fall colors. 

 

My husband, Jon, and all of my daughters have attended Zion. Our school and church hold a special place close to my heart. I appreciate being able to share about Jesus during my teaching. We are so blessed at Zion Lutheran School!
